Learn to Dance Modern Jive - Weekly Class Nights.
Tuesday 6th July 2010 and every Tuesday, 8.00pm to 11.00pm at Winchester Guildhall.
Beginners and Intermediate classes followed by non-stop dancing until 11.00pm.
Each of our class nights provide a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for all dancers, and would-be dancers, of any age from 16 upwards.
When you learn to dance Modern Jive there is no need to book a course of lessons and no need to bring a partner, you can just turn up as, when and where you want to.
Our dance lessons are broken down with step by step instruction for each move ensuring that you learn to dance in a fun and easy going environment. The music that we play caters for all tastes whether its dance, pop, swing or latin.

Last Night of the Proms Concert

Concert by the Pelly Orchestra - an opportunity to hear high quality live orchestral music performed by this local, enthusiastic orchestra conducted by Christopher Braime and led by Amanda Lake.

Milford Carnival
Saturday 28th August 2010 at Milford on Sea.
Held on the Saturday of the August Bank Holiday weekend, is popular with residents and visitors, with attractions on the village green and a procession of floats and entries led by the Carnival Queen and her attendants.
Prizes are awarded for the best entries in each class.
This year the theme will be Children's TV Shows, which can include anything from Muffin the Mule to Waybuloo.
Also this year the Carnival Queen will be selected from one of Milford's elegant Grandmothers with her Grandchild as attendant.
